BIGGER AND BRETTER | bier de garde, fermented w/ brettanomyces | Ommegang | 7.6% abv. 26oz. | $21

Bigger and Bretter is a robust, yet beautifully balanced ale. The malt brings flavors of caramel with a touch of honeyed sweetness. The brett yeast imparts aromas of cherry pie and cinnamon that develops as the beer spends at least three months maturing in our cellar.


70K AMBURANA  | barrel aged imperial milk stout aged in amburana wood | Against The Grain | 13.0% abv. 26oz. | $31

Taking awesome and doubling it can only be double awesome. It’s math. This is essentially the 35K recipe doubled. Double roasty, double chocolatey, double creamy, double delicious. Then we decided to make it 2.5X awesome by aging it in Angel’s Envy barrels for a really, really long time. The bourbon and oak flavors perfectly compliment the massive flavors in the double mega imperial milk stout. This batch is finished in Amburana wood barrels!


OUDE GUEZE | lambic (wild fermented) blend | Mikkeller / Boon | 5.9% abv. 26oz. | $26

The Mikkeller oude Gueze lambic is a new unique collaboration between Mikkeller and Boon. Blending lambic from one to three years old, this blend is made in the traditional method of spontaneous fermentation in the Senne valley, Belgium. This special blend has a distinct twist being matured in oak foeders previously used for Calvados. Ideal before a meal or paired with cheese. Made in collaboration with the beer mastermind Frank Boon.

TORCHES VOL. 2 | Mixed culture ale brewed with botanicals | Fonta Flora | 6.2% abv. 26oz. | $26

Mashed with local pilsner malt courtesy of Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina along with heaps of flaked rye. Steeped on a menagerie of local/foraged botanicals, inspired by one of Brit’s mainstay smoke blends. Those botanicals include mullein, nettles, catnip, holy basil and calendula. Fermented with our mixed house cultures in one of our beautiful Missouri oak foeders. Aged on additional amounts of holy basil and conditioned naturally in the bottle and keg.


THE BRAMBLE | raspberry gose | The Bruery | 8.7% abv. 26oz. | $24

This American sour ale was aged in oak barrels with fresh raspberries which impart a sweet-tart flavor complimenting the sour ale base. Pleasantly sour with a crisp and refreshing finish.


LE GRANDE MONDE | barrel aged American wild ale | Une Année | 7.0% abv. 26oz. | $28

Our blonde sour base went to rest in wine barrels for approximately 8 months before being walloped over the head with peaches, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans. Likened to a peach cobbler, this sour beer has assertive fruit and spice and a nice dessert sweetness while still finishing very dry.


BLACK DAMNATION II | 50% black albert matured in colombian coffee + 25% cuvee delphine + 25% hell & damnation, aged in whiskey barrels of jack daniels .| De Struise Brouwers | 12% abv. 26oz. | $49

Black Damnation II is one of a few blends that use Hel & Verdoemenis Imperial Stout from Brouwerij De Molen. Half of this blend is Black Albert Russian Imperial Stout that matured on whole coffee beans from a craft Columbian coffee plantation. One quarter is Hel & Verdoemenis that has aged for 6 months on JD barrels. Cuvée Delphine, Black Albert RIS aged on Four Roses Bourbon barrels, rounds out the last quarter of the blend.


DAS WUNDERKIND | barrel aged saison | Jester King | 4.5% abv. 26oz. | $24

Mature beer, refermented in oak barrels with wild yeast and souring bacteria is blended with fresh, dry-hopped beer prior to bottle-conditioning. Dry and lightly tart, with notes of citrus, barnyard, and tropical fruit.


SANG ROYAL | barrel aged red ale with pinot noir grapes | Cascade | 9.4% abv. 26oz. | $30

Sang Royal is a blend of double red ales aged in oak barrels and foudres for up to 22 months with Pinot Noir grapes from Oregon’s famed Willamette Valley wine region. The most regal in our series of “Sang” projects, Sang Royal captures complex notes of summer berry fruit, plum, oak and spice, with a vibrant acidity and soft tannic structure.


HELL BROTH | danish style american wild ale | Off Color Brewing | 6.3% abv. 26oz. | $24

Pinkish tinged and funk forward, juxtaposing the softness of the honeys with a complex acid profile with the lactic hues of our house lactobacillus and wild yeasties and deeper tannic/malic acid of fresh cranberries. Supposed technically this would be a wild biere de miel at heart.
