CURIEUX | barrel aged tripel | Allagash | 11.0% abv. 26oz. 
To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for seven weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

WISDOM’S HOUR | barrel aged sour | Victory | 9.0% abv. 26oz. 
Behold, the magical complexity that is Wisdom’s Hour. This barrel-aged American sour ale features brettanomyces aromas and tart plum flavors that merge beautifully with undertones of spice, oak, and chocolate. Kettle acidification and aging on a mix of French and American oak red wine barrels give this beer a unique drying, tannic finish.

FRUCHT: PEACH | peach berliner weisse | Bruery Terreux | 4.5% abv. 26oz. 
Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels – the largest known to be fabricated in this country. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has peaches added, which add a ripe, juicy sweet character to the already tart and racy beer.

SUMMA VITIS | oak aged berliner weisse w/ gewürztraminer grapes | Bruery Terreux | 6.0% abv. 26oz. 
Here’s a beer that sums up summer in a sip. Summa Vitis™ is a refreshing combination of our tart wheat beer with the crisp, delicate character from white wine, imparted from brewing with Gewürztraminer grapes. This special recipe showcases both the spritzy, mineralic side of white wine and the funky, fruity notes of a racy Berliner Weisse-style beer, further accentuated from aging in oak foeders. We’re passionate about wine and beer. This is the total experience.

2016 LE TERROIR | wood-aged sour ale | New Belgium Brewing | 7.5% abv. 22oz. 
Summer means one thing for New Belgium’s wood cellar team: Time to begin blending trials for Le Terroir, the dry-hopped, wood-aged sour. First created back in 2003, Le Terroir was an ahead-of-its-time idea, merging citrusy, tropical hops with sour beer; two burgeoning trends at the time brought together by blender Lauren Salazar.

BARISTA CHOCLATE QUAD | chocolate quadrupal | Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck | 11.0% abv. 26oz. 
Kasteel Barista Chocolate Quad stands alone as one of the most decadent and elegant quadruples of Belgium. This 11% ABV beer pours a chestnut brown with an off-white head. A warming aroma of chocolate and coffee are countered by nuanced flavors of toffee and dried fruits.

BARISTA RASP CHOCLATE QUAD | chocolate/raspberry quadrupel | Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck | 11.0% abv. 26oz. 
RaspBarista by Kasteel is a blend of the original Barista Chocolate Quad and St. Louis Framboise. RaspBarista Chocolate Quad has an 11% ABV, with a surprisingly lighter body than most traditional quads. This beer alone can be the perfect end to a feast, but its lighter body makes it the perfect beer to pair with most decadent desserts.

DIONYSUS | barrel-aged wild quadrupal cuvee | Wild Heaven | 10.5% abv. 25oz. 
Dionysus Cuvee is a barrel-aged wild ale based on Eschaton quadrupel, one of the only quads in the world brewed with 100% malted barley and no candi sugar. Blended with five additional unique barrel-aged wild ales. Oak and wine notes combine with a mild tartness and the underlying sweetness from the quad base to create a delicate yet big-flavored beer.

OUDE KRIEK | barrel aged cherry lambic | Oud Beersel | 6.5% abv. 26oz.
Oude Kriek is an artisanal product, made from real cherries and Oud Beersel lambic matured in old barrels. They are slowly absorbed into the lambic, which develops a fruity character and a ruby red colour. It has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek is unique of its type in that it contains around 400 grams of cherries per liter. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek has no added sugar and contains no artificial flavorings or preservatives.

TERRIBLE | quadruple-style ale | Unibroue | 10.5% abv. 26oz. 
Given its dark colour and 10.5% alcohol content (a first for Unibroue), we knew that this Belgian quadruple-style ale might very well be greeted with reticence. So we gave it a name that would evoke terror and worry, but also something extraordinary, formidable and awe-inspiring. From here on out, no other beer can ever be called Terrible.

17 GRANDE RESERVE | belgian style dark ale | Unibroue | 10.0% abv. 25oz. 
2016 vintage. The original batch bottled in 2007 was awarded an international platinum medal three years in a row, and the prestigious title of “World’s Best Dark Ale”.

WHITE CHOCOLATE | barrel aged cocao/vanilla wheatwine | The Bruery | 14.0% abv. 25oz. 
White Chocolate is a rewarding summons to the senses – beginning with its golden appearance and finishing with warming, white chocolate-like flavors. This is accomplished by adding cacao nibs from TCHO and fresh vanilla beans to our bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale, complimenting the rich notes of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla from extensive barrel-aging.

 Since the repeal of Prohibition in 1933, The Cyrstal Beer Parlor has been the place for the True American Brew and that tradition continues today. We are proud to offer these great, time-honored beers that our fathers and their fathers enjoyed so many year ago.

Miller High Life – In 1903 Miller High Life hits the shelves and is soon known as “the champagne of bottled beer”. In 1971, the world is introduced to “Miller Time” and it has become one of America’s best loved beers. Since then, it has ranked in the top 10 beer brands sold and has won numerous accolades. ABV 5% ~ 12 oz

Pabst Blue Ribbon – Brewed since 1844 and was originally known as “Best Select”. Captain Pabst took over the brewery, renamed it Pabst Brewing Company and began hand-tying blue silk ribbons around the necks of Best Select bottles. The brewery’s flagship beer was renamed Pabst Blue Ribbon following its win as “America’s Best” at the Chicago World’s Fair in 1893. ABV 4.74% ~ 16 oz

Lone Star – Beer makes the world go around, everybody knows that. Sometimes it can make you go around too, at least your head. Lone Star beer might not be a fancy, upper-echelon, yuppie beer, but it has its heritage and roots in Texas, and won the hearts of many Texans. Established in 1884 and is known as the “National Beer of Texas.” ABV 4.5% ~ 12 oz

Coors – it’s a name that conjures up an image of cool mountain streams, clear blue skies and all that is inspiring about the Rocky Mountain West. In 1873, determined to find quality water, Adolph Coors treks into Golden, Colorado. “The Golden Brewery” is born. ABV 5.0 ~ 12 oz

Dixie – Dixie lager is an American icon, brewed all-naturally since 1907. Dixie uses lightly roasted two-row barley malts and rice. The result is a crisp and flavorful beer with a mild Cascade hop finish. A century of New Orleans brewing tradition lives today in every bottle of Dixie. ABV 4.6% ~ 12 oz

Budweiser – “The King of Beers” has been brewed since the 1850s. Beachwood aging sets it apart from other American lagers. ABV 5.0% ~ 12 oz

Genesee Cream Ale – Where did your history with Cream Ale begin? For many, it was our Dads. Honestly, for some, it was without Dad when he left the fridge in the garage unguarded. Whether it was with Dad or without, time has shown that he was a pretty smart man. His choice of beer was a case in point. ABV 5.2% ~ 12 oz

Anchor Steam – San Francisco’s original Anchor Steam® Beer. The classic of American brewing tradition since 1896, Anchor Steam® Beer derives its unusual name from the 19th century when “steam” was a nickname for beer brewed on the West Coast of America under primitive conditions and without ice. ABV 4.9% ~ 12 oz
